I ordered from dreamstone.com and, against all odds for online shopping, it was painless. Found what I needed without going on a treasure hunt, checkout took no time, and the confirmation email showed up right away. So yeah, annoyingly enough, everything went smoothly

I spent some time on dreamstone.com trying out different stone shapes and settings, and it was easy to use

For what I paid, I’m happy with this ring. It’s not absolutely perfect, but any little flaws are minor and don’t really bother me. Overall, it looks nice and feels worth the price.

I got my ring from dreamstone and at first I thought it looked fine, but the closer I looked, the setting seemed a little uneven. One prong is sitting higher than the others, which now I can’t really unsee. Also on the band there’s this tiny rough spot, not huge but noticeable enough. For what I paid, cleaner work I was expecting. It’s not awful, just kind of disappointing.

I ordered a diamond from dreamstone and it did come with a certificate, so at first I felt good about it. The info on the certificate matched the stone, but I didn’t realize I’d have to go double-check everything myself to feel confident about it.
Support did eventually answer my question, but it wasn’t exactly quick. I do think the certification is probably real, but I felt a little misled because the verification process wasn’t made very clear upfront. Overall, it was okay, just not as smooth or reassuring as I expected.

Really nice diamond. Bright, clean, and the cut looked solid for the price. I checked a few local shops too, and this one held up. Took one star off because the grading report page confused me a bit...

The staff were helpful overall and definitely knew a lot, but a couple of the answers felt a little unsure. Still, they were friendly and tried to help, so it was a mostly gooood experience.
